Love both Long ears and short..Can't make up my mind in a great way!

Look at this stability and have the back boot on it's heel on wood

Here's something great to know about the scale at least where Superman is concerned

One nitpick, is I wish his arms where more jointed, however with this design it really doesn't matter

This is another shot that gave me the Miller aspect

I'll say this for SSC starting this attempt at superheroes, i'd say they are on the right track. Now bring on that Wolverine and Superman!

Guyver great shots if you could please I'd like to see some shots of him and Sideshows Joker side by side with out the stands to compare there height. Thanks

I've had a bit more time to pose/play w/him now, and I have to say, I'm more and more impressed.
Pros:
-The cape is awesome; might be the best realization of a bat-cape commercially available. You can drape it in a variety of ways, and looks great in all.
-Ultra-rocker ankles; you can get just about any deep pose you want
-Feels really sturdy; feels more like a toy (and I mean that as a good thing) than hot toys, where if you look at them funny, something might break.
-Head sculpts are great, except for:
Cons:
-The 'angry' face, though not as goofy as I had originally thought, still looks kind of 'off'
-My left elbow seems a little loose, don't think I'll try to exchange it, but it does bug

Overall, a great figure!

Left elbow is loose, but still holds poses. Left hands has a tendency to fall off. That's also the hand and gauntlet that was loose in the box on mine.
I'm diggin' it more and more and have decided that it will be the long ears with stern face.

I've asked this before, but now that people have it in hand I can probably get an answer.
Are the eyes a separate piece?
Like this?

After closer inspection I would say yes. The plastic is hazy, milky white with white paint over it, but again it isn't painted completely.

Looks awful. Derpy noseless sculpt, diaper undies, cloth fanny pack. What a disaster. Just my opinion.

Sorry you have so many joint problems, mine's great with no joint issues. Love the stiff ratchet feel

I forgot to mention the stand. What can I say, The pole detaches as easily as a shoe lace yet when you have it attached it supports the figure well and I'm taking about the bulk weight of this figure:horror

I swear it looks like it will topple over at a slight touch, but it doesn't..HT take note of this design.

As for the angry face..No problems whatsoever, I love the menacing look it gives me, sometimes it's scary. I've never seen custom Miller or Frank Lee sculpts that give this presence, and I own a lot!

Love those angry shots guyver. Very Miller-ish. Still not blown away by this figure though. I like the suit and belt. Still hate the sculpts, dont like the cape.....

Love the detail on the boots for being a two piece boot design, again HT take notes :lecture

Just perfect for this pose..I can't believe how high I got this with no balancing problems whatsoever :clap

I don't think i've ever had a 12' batman that can squat like this with the cape

Great pose!

Nice to get a sense of scale with these, and to see how far we've come from the old DC Direct Deluxe figures. The blue and gray one was one of my first "1/6" scale figures I ever owned.

As you all wished
I'll take better pictures in the morning :D good night America :D

Very cool. I wish SSC gave him the oval.

No, it's not as snaggery as the West Batman, but there does seem to be some snag potential. But be careful, trim your nails - should be fine.

Note taken! Thanks for the info!

I don't want to sound bias but I freakin LOVE THIS! After all the horrible bodies that SSC ranging from G.I. JOE and SW, I'm finally glad they came out with this.:yess:
Such a great figure with stability which matters IMO!

The blue isn't like baby blue guys so don't knock it until you get it in hands. He is a solid presence. As you guys know I'm a huge customizer and I do admire the attempts but honestly for this piece I'd leave it alone especially if you are Frank Miller, Jim Lee Batman fan as myself.

The body is great, has that loose feel but isn't loose at all, all the joints have that solid movable ratchet feel with the ratchet sound IMO. The cape is character in itself.

Here are my pics so far, sorry as always for the horrible backgrounds

I don't care about the eyes in some angles it adds depth

I love posing him and that's what SSC said they wanted to do this idea and I think they succeeded!

Don't worry about the suit guys, it's extremely stretchable and durable, no snags, tangles, if it bunches up easy to straighten out and I've put him through the ringer in poses

Weapons KiCK ASS!

This really reminds me of Miller's glory IMO

Great photos, man! Shows that this figure really looks good! I'm also loving the silhouette of both headsculpts now (though I'd still go short ears to add diversity on my bat-shelf). Your photos made me appreciate the grimace face too. And love that Jim Lee HUSH cover reference!
