Anybody still looking for an exclusive Beachhead? Not mine, but I can recomend the site (Yardsellr). It's where I have been listing stuff lately, and the advantage is knowing who the sellers are because it's connected to facebook, they take credit cards as well as pay pal.
Seller's description:

Sideshow Exclusive 1:6 Scale GI Joe Beachhead action figure, Limited to 750 figures, Comes Complete in Unopened Nr-mint box

https://yardsellr.com/for_sale#!/sideshow-exclusive-16-scale-gi-joe-beachhead-figure-6099482

You may have to register to view, and purchase (stock photo). He's also got an Exclusive red ninja, exclusive Stalker, Exclusive Flint, Exclusive Dusty and an Exclusive Viper, all in the same price range. With shipping it's $250, but I have had success negotiating with the sellers. I REALLY hope this site gets bigger, because it's free to list and no closing fees for sellers. They just send me a check when something sells. Pass the word around...

Actually I had one seller that tried to pull a fast one. It was for a vintage lot of 35 figures. One of the figures in the photo was a 1987 payload, which dollar wise was the best of the bunch. When I recieved the order, it was not included so I contacted the seller who replied that the'd look for it and ship it if it showed up. I never heard from the seller again, even after a few emails so I notified Yardsellr. They offered me half my money back, which I felt was more than fair, since the lot was not that expensive to begin with.
I too have read the reviews. It's impossible to make everyone happy. But Yardsellr stood behind me when things went bad for me, so I can recommend them with confidence. Since Paypal is an option too, their buyer protection would keep you from losing money as well. I feel that Sellers butts are more on the line since there's a direct link to their Facebook page, keeps them honest for the most part.

i have an extra beachhead that i have been bashing (mainly because the zipper on his assault vest broke). he is probably my favorite joe from sideshow (along with RnR) and i think he is a classic straight out of the box but i had an extra and some gear in the parts bin i wanted to try on him. not done with his comms, patches or pack yet. i also may need to move the ifak to his belt rather than attached to vest?

yeah, i am guessing it makes it easy for transfusions, etc. i think i have about 40 different patch blood types. seems like every release now comes with several.

:lol

they use to just come with the special forces figures for the most part but i think some came with the new soldier story us. army in afghanistan also.

i am not sure how accurate they actually are or if they are more of a 'tacticool' thing. i think a lot of it stemmed from that scene in BHD. which i guess is why i stuck it on BH. i ended up taking it off along with the other non-joe patches because i found all of my other beachhead velcro patches. the only one i had for a while was his name tag but i found all of them last night from all of my joes/cobras.

i also changed his boots to a pair of toys city asolo boots.

So I just got around to opening this guy (I had him since the beginning, but he arrived during an operational tour and we subsequently had a baby when I returned and then got posted so we had to move, etc... lol), and I was wondering - how does one go about attaching his crossbow to his backpack, a la 1986 figure?

Setup BH finally last night, actually finally setting up a bunch of stuff! (I'm gonna do a body swap, wow it's horrid and I'm now maybe look for some boots but these will do as well if I don't find any)

Got some shelves(detolfs) this weekend, 10hr round trip in one day to IKEA in Chicago with the wife! :rock
