Khev was talking about the blue helmet being too high on the chrome visor. If you can't see that it isn't from those pics, I suggest you make an appointment with your optometrist.

From those pics, you can't tell it's any different. To me it looks like the scarf is up over the bottom part of the chin. We will get a better look when more photos, especially closer shots of the head are out.

The problem is, you guys were looking at a single pick, with the head tilted up and judging off of that. This pic is more accurate to how he's gonna look on your shelf, unless you pose your figures looking up all the time.

I think the red scarf gives the illusion that the Viper has a long neck, just as Hawk's bomber jacket (when not properfly futzed) gives the illusion that Hawk has no neck.

Maybe that's it. I'm not saying it looks like Medicom Darth Maul by any means, just a tiny bit too long. It might even be possible to just squish his head down.
