Pretty sure that's a Pro, you can do a lot with it. You just have to work it.
Combination of the short sleeves and the gauntlets really draws attention to the arm articulation. REALLY hate to use a $50 muscle TT just for elbows. Any good cheap options on true types that have good arms? Maybe Kaustic's 1?
Elbow joint a little too obvious for me on this figure, not that I am a snob in terms of needing realism, just sticks out on this one more for some reason.
Here's a pic of him with some extra Beachhead gear to balance him out. He seems so top heavy.

I see absolutely no reason to replace the body
It's not just the elbows. It's the overall package; we're talking shoulders, chest, arms, forearms, thighs, and even calves. For me, I don't mind the arm articulation being seen. I just like the overall muscle build of the HT True Type Advanced TTM-16 bodies because they fill out the Sideshow Joe costumes better. Although subtle, they do make a difference.
With the Viper, it gives him broader shoulders, more solid arms, and the leg areas are not as baggy especially in the thigh areas because the bulk of the HT thigh muscles fill out the Viper pants.
I'm not trying to remove all visible articulation otherwise I would've used a rubber skin body like HT Billy Soles, etc. But I do like how skin is now visible on the arms with the TTM-16 body. Some prefer body swaps, some don't. I just feel since I spent $120-$140 on my figures, I don't mind spending an additional $50 to improve them. I don't have any comparison pics of my Viper body swap yet, but I do have a comparison pic of when I swapped out Duke. (Sorry for the crappy picture quality on Duke below.)
This is the problem with a lot of people's "comparison" posts. Intentional or not, they take a pic with a poorly futzed figure and compare it with a pic of an uber-futzed figure. If you spend as much time futzing Duke out of the box as you do once he's on the TT, he'll look near identical. KD's photos prove this.
Gear wise he'll look nearly identical. But the stock figure will always look less beefier.
wow the viper turned out excellent, i honestly regret getting out of the gi joe line as they seem to be improving with every release. damn beautiful figure!
Never too late to get back in!
