Actually they pushed the date back man. Duke is now schedule to come out in November due to the new body they're using. They're going to use the new Hot Toys body of Grover on Duke.

Outnumbered perhaps. But he still takes Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander, Cobra Commander clone, and an army of troops single-handedly. I must disagree, though. Isolated though Snake Eyes may often be, he is still a soldier who craves leadership. Until we get a real leader (Flint), Duke will have to suffice.
