My point was that there are various reasons to want to buy "handsome" males as toys. If it is based off of an actor who just happens to look good but portrays a well-known and well-liked character (e.g. Han Solo), then that's a justifiable reason for a heterosexual man to do so. My argument about Flint being another reason. If you are more likely to buy a good looking soldier for the simple fact that he is handsome, which would be another potential reason, then. . .I think that speaks for itself. Let me put it another way--I don't think homosexual men buy the busty anime women statues unless they are based in some anime that they enjoy. You disagree?

The cancellation of a line means nothing to me if I can't afford it anyways.... am I supposed to overpay based on my standards so you can be happy? you don't seem all that supportive of my plight. Well, not really. You get to save your money but you lose out on a fantastic collectible made by a great company. Hopefully, at some point, SSC will get their prices squared away so we'll know what to expect. If they can't, I'll end up supporting them through their retailer base (assuming the Ex isn't something to die for). It's a shame if it comes to that, as again, I'd like to pay them directly, but I'm not going to eat a near $50 gap in price difference just for $0.60 in rewards points and customer service which is comparable to that of Viking Playground or TA.

Not that well known? It's Flint. One of the main characters from the toon and has one of the best outfits of the line with is shotgun shells and such.

I'm betting it was the newsletter PO. If he'd been a PPO, the hype alone would've sold him out.
