SSC G.I. Joe Black Dragon Ninja

This one looks the best out off all of the SSC Ninjas so I preordered.
I just hope we don't see another ninja except their second attempt at Snake Eyes for several years following this.

Second attempt at SE (Original Commando) shouldn't have any "Ninja" at all.

Edit: Except the extra head sculpt for Sideshow's first SE.

Sideshow confirmed that it''ll come with a second fully sculpted visor head sculpt so all he'll need is a sword to be Ninja. And for those that missed out on the first release, it wouldn't be asking much for them to re-cast and include one of the swords the first one had.

SE + Military sweater is commnado all the way. I take the extra SE hs with visor, kinda like HT included the green shirt on the STARS Redfiled for the already released BSAA version. If I remember correctly, it was stated that is the reason they are including the visor version, because the original one with cloth looks outdated.

I'm assuming V. 1 Snake Eyes will be on the Pro 1.2 like the recent Joes.

The OCD collector in me would like both versions of Snake Eyes to look the same in build, which they won't. Despite the commando sweater, my V2 Snake Eyes on the TTA will look bigger.

A boardie (I think it was Darth Cruel) already confirmed that stretch black top looks bad on the the Pro 1.2.

Back on topic, the only additional weapons I wished the Black Dragon Ninja came with are a pair of hands sculpted with fighting / climbing claws and either handheld crossbows or longbows. Maybe subsequent ninjas will come with them.

That would have been sweet. Im surprised none of the other Ninjas (Except SS ofcourse) have one.

Change the new SE onto a TTA, problem solved.

Yes yes, Revenge of the Ninja. One of the greatest movies ever made.

Not really. Revenge of the Ninja (being the most popular of the 80's ninja movies) hit in '83. Dr. Venom and our first hint at Snake Eyes' ninja past didn't appear until Issue 10, also in 83. When Ver.2 Snake Eyes hit in '85, around the same time American Ninja was released, the market was well saturated with the whole "ninja" thing.

Okay, well at least he was at/near the beginning of it, well before the TMNT craze and 3 Ninjas.

I pulled the trigger on this one. I have all the other ninjas so I couldn't leave this one out. Really liking the ex. Headsculpt as well. I just wish I had space for the temple environment. That pic on the SS site is just incredible.

I'm sure we'll see Jinx eventually, but they still need a proper female body, and that also means the clothing wouldn't.

Hey bro, it's not so much how cool the figure is, it's more of me trying to maintain self-control when it comes to some of the variant figures and especially dealing with the price increases (the figures are easily hitting more that $150 after shipping cost). That being said, I'm pretty sure I'll be picking this one up as the release date gets closer.

uggh. the female buck stinks! I only know 2 figures I liked and that was the Assajj Ventress and Boussh.
