I called Sideshow today to discuss another matter and inquired about the HAWK situation. I spoke with Eva. Eva is the nice lady who sends out FLEXPAY notice e-mails.
Eva told me that if my HAWK heads (I ordered two HAWK figures one reg/one EX) have the same problem then I have to take pictures and send an e-mail to the returns department ([email protected]) and wait about 5-7 business days for a reply.
