I lied in my previous post. I couldn't resist HQ and pre-ordered EX. I will definitely display her with the Ex head, it's growing on me. I prefer the clothes on this opposed to it being sculpted. When everything else is sculpted why not try a different approach. I guess you @ss men aren't digging the nipples?

I feel the cloth approach is welcome in my book. All of my HQ statues/figures are fully sculpted, so I like that it's different. The only other mixed media HQ that I know of is the DCD museum HQ, which I didn't like very much (base looks awesome though).

The EX head is growing on me as well. Not exactly what I would've wanted but, I'm hoping it turns out nice looking in hand, so I ordered the EX.

As for the dreaded nipple debate.. Couldn't care less if they sculpted her with or without nipples. I dig real women with nipples, statues not so much.

Yes I love childsplay Tiffany! ex or fail here! Now hopefully QC will be better than ivy.

Anytime your dealling with a non sculpted piece your chances for a quality piece greatly increase. Less paint app problems. All of my clothed pieces have turned out great. Not to say there arent some exceptions.

I do not like HQ, I am not sorry about that. However, this PF is brilliant. I cannot wait to see all of your photos of her when she finally ships in 2016.

.....am still very torn about this preorder, there are good arguments both pro and con! Damn it. This thing is supposed to sell out so I can sit back and go, "Oh well, decision made for me."

Sideshow is not even pushing the envelope with "only 20 remain, act now!" only to revoke that a day or so later. What kind of crap is that, a girl cant even feel a fitting sense of anxiety to push one way or the other. They need to get on it!

I thought I typed coherently.... Unsculpted pieces are great. My pieces all turned out great but that dosent mean that some people don't get some crappy clothed PFs it happens. I simply meant that you have a better chance of getting a better clothed PF than a fully sculpted painted piece. Hope that helped.

Answer: probably never.

That being said, I personally had to jump on this. I mean what other choices in 1/4 do we have? DCD? Meh, easy pass. For me, I'll take a chance with SS. And from what I can see from Joker and Ivy, so far they both look fantastic IMO.

I think you're a pretty big Fan of HQ like myself, so why aren't you jumping on this?

Ok I just got my box home and ups bang the hell out of the brown shipper. One side is all torn up. How is my box wet? When I had someone home to pick it up? It was soaked and so soft the flaps came off? Did ups leave my box outside in thier warehouse? Now to open it up soon and let's see what's inside. Errrr... I will take pics for any claim or for SS if the inside is messed up.

I am a convoluted and contentious creature. While all of your points are ones I agree with, the main thing stopping me is that I do not love every last thing about this statue, and for this kind of money, I feel like I need to be in love with every last thing about it.

With that said, I am probably going to preorder eventually.
