Ok I just got my box home and ups bang the hell out of the brown shipper. One side is all torn up. How is my box wet? When I had someone home to pick it up? It was soaked and so soft the flaps came off? Did ups leave my box outside in thier warehouse? Now to open it up soon and let's see what's inside. Errrr... I will take pics for any claim or for SS if the inside is messed up.

I am a convoluted and contentious creature. While all of your points are ones I agree with, the main thing stopping me is that I do not love every last thing about this statue, and for this kind of money, I feel like I need to be in love with every last thing about it.

With that said, I am probably going to preorder eventually.

I feel you on that one. I wish there were statues out there that I love 100% too. But, I think the only way I could love a statue 100%, is if I made it myself. Unfortunately for me I don't have the skills for this.

That's why I have no choice, but to purchase statues from different artists and companies. And more than likely I have to just endure what that said company/artist's rendition of the character is. Will it be 100% up to my standards or liking? Probably not. But, I love every last thing about these characters! So I'll still continue to buy the best rendition that these companies can come up with and that's why I pre~ordered my 1/4 HQ from SS and not DCD.


Anyways, It's nice to chat about the actual statue for once and I'm sure you'll make the right decision in the end. Good luck!

I absolutely love the Harley PF nd love the EX head as well. For the naysayers, maybe this will help: picture the Joker PF EX displayed, and the slightly behind him to the audiences left is the Harley PF EX sticking her tongue out at Mista J. It absolutely fits. Someone should photoshop this.

I found it, and your views make a great deal of sense.

There are a few things holding up my preorder, and one of the main ones is: Are we getting Hot Toys Zod and Faora? If we do, those figures will probably be out around the same time as Harley, and that will be a significant chunk of change all at once. Of course I have about a year to save up, so there's that.

Will I like MoS enough to purchase those figures? I suspect so, but jury is still out until I see the film.

But right now it looks like we are only getting Supes and Jor-El, so.....

I am thinking it over very carefully, because I don't want to lose my NRD. I know a lot of people preorder all kinds of stuff and then cancel it, but this strikes me as a waste of money. So Harl is still under consideration.
