I want a 1/6 Bea Arthur and Art Carney.

Hard to believe it was her, but it was...

Stunning, actually. But it's the good ol' proto-to-production issue that immediately comes to mind. It'd be awesome if this was the figure that elevated SSC production pieces once and for all. We can hope.

I know that was said for the Hoth figures and then for X-wing Luke. And probably for figures before those too.

Wow, to my eye that may be the best sculpt of luke's face I have ever seen. They have vastly improved the color and weathering of the helmet too. If a couple other things are tidied up on this like the lightsaber, the hair for the helmet-less sculpt, and maybe real cloth boots I would pay the $270 without complaint. But yeah, ssc prototype.

Definitely ordering this when I have more reward point to spend. I'm hoping to get it down to $200.

No way in hell I'd pre-order this. I'll wait for production photos and reviews.

The price creep finally crosses my generous threshold in terms of value-for-money.

I skipped the previous X-Wing pilot, so I'll definitely pick this up. Its probably one of the last few SS figures I'll be getting.

It looks good but even if the production sculpt looks that good it's still not worth close to the $275 Sideshow is asking.

Yeah, I was all "GRAIL PIECE" until they finally showed this and the price, and then I was all "MAYBE NOT". :slap

If the in-hand sculpt (and helmetless sculpt) is that good, it's more than worth $275 IMO.

It's just that... it won't be - and will still cost $275.:lol
