Finally. Watched the review. I think the tailoring on the jacket isn't as bad as it seemed in that one photo; the unhelmeted head is totally underwhelming; the finish on some parts looks rough -- gloves, helmet, lightsaber -- but they did a good job on the blaster and belt. The giant body is perplexing and sloppy. While I'm not a fan of the boots the ankle cuts/pivot is a nice touch.

The figure falls short here and there, and looks overpriced to me since at 1/6 scale we're paying (presumably) for fine finish and details.

Tough call for those that want this rendition of Luke. I'm still not gonna bite, but I think it would make a satisfying display. Helmeted X-Wing Luke does, and so will this one. But the price is just goofy.

So they are trying to create scarcity of a half @$$ed, overpriced figure? Good luck with that in a market where luke skywalker figures are second only to iron man in different costume options. Don't get me wrong I like the look but I can live without it.

Well we can live without all of it really.

The best part was in the prequel trilogy when Yoda was lecturing Anakin to let go of all material and personal desires, possession of love or material goods was not good for the soul as it would only bring conflict, jealousy and greed.

This ironically enough coming from Lucas who is the father of movie merchandising lol.

Sean should just face the fact that is glory days on youtube are over. His video's are just an awkward, rushed mess. With no thought put into what he's gonna say. He just rambles on. He's also very biased. Everything he gets for free is 'awesome'. I can't take this hack seriously.

Actually I think he knows that his glory days on YouTube are over. Watching his videos lately it's actually a bit sad because I think he used to do pretty well for himself through his reviews but I think the views are down and he's having to sell a lot and do other jobs. Granted that's like most of us but for a while I think reviews were his main source of income. Not sure if the algorithm stuff that's been happening to a lot of people on YouTube that impacted him or what. He still does videos but I think it's more because he enjoys doing them and collecting. He's never been one to be overly critical but actually I feel like some of his reviews lately he does at least add some points about things that could have been done better.

Plus no matter how bad he is, hes no optibotimus. Also glad to see he got his sideshow sponsorship back after all that shady ******** paul pulled, snake

Wow, had no idea people took these Youtube reviews so seriously.

Anyway, looking at the figure I have to admit it does look surprisingly good with the helmet on, and there is some nice detail there in the outfit and belt. But that lightsaber blade is ugly as hell, and I'm still not seeing much Hamill in the second headsculpt (although it does look like a slight improvement over the Hoth Luke they did). If it was a lot cheaper I'd probably still jump at it, but for $270 there's just no way.

He whined to Sideshow about sean and shartimus getting early reviews cause they started buying early out of Honk kong to get reviews up, even though they directed all of their viewers to Sideshow, paul was ******** cause he wasnt ahead of the curve and had to wait for Sideshows samples (6-8 weeks). Worst part was he sean and shart were all really good friends, hes a coward and a snake, and his reviews suck anyway, its like hes a failed hand model or something

I think the flight suit could look a little more baggy and be OK. Just eyeballing the HT Luke next to him it seems like it would be fine, assuming the neck joint isn't a problem.

I think the helmeted sculpt looks great, overexposed or not. The slightly open mouth is very Luke.
