It's most likely the PF will be based on Jim Lees version although I prefer Cockrums work. So why should the Comiquette also be based on his work?? The Comiquette line is contemporary.

You should try their other lines. Some nice LoTR recently.

Looks cool. The most annoying people on earth are not those people who beg for money at the ATM machine it's those people who believe that Jim Lee drew everyone best.

I disagree because the Gambit, Rogue and Cyclops are in Jim Lee style.

Maybe they will make a 1/5 Bryne or Cockrum line for you.

My main focus has always been Star Wars, but i haven't liked any of their PF offerings since the Scout Trooper. I did however order the Cobra Commander PF, and I'm not a Joe collector.

I've no doubt that Storm will be JLee. Colossus may also be in his style. It will be interesting to see if they design Colossus and Juggernaut to match up. They are the two I'm most interested in.

Never read GIJ but CC does look cool. It could end up being a very cool line. It's been a while since my last SW PF line. Maybe Storm Trooper will end that streak.

Have you read the thread? There are numerous posts complaining why isn't this JL. Same thing happen when colossus Comiquette previewed etc etc etc.

If people were paying attention they would have seen that a new line was announced by SS based on this artists work with Sue Storm being the first, Storm second and Black Widow and Lyra were also previewed.

That said, I do like this Comiquette, but I won't be buying it since it's 1:5...You don't like it? Fine, hold on for the PF, like I will, but this CQ looks like a very nice statue to me.

With the Angel comiquette and Morlock Storm, I am really disappointed. All the naysayers can go kick rocks because this looks great. I am really tempted me to buy this because I know we will never see Morlock Storm in 1/4th, but most likely I will just wait for the Jim Lee or Byrne Storm...sigh...temptation.

I am 34 and I remember picking up X-Men at 7-11 and Storm having a mohawk.
