I'd be shocked if they scaled him down considerably. Is that a normal occurrence in the hobby or by SSC specifically - to market a piece as 1 size then sell it publicly as something vastly different?
They haven't advertised it as being a mega huge piece. Generally maquettes tend to be all of one size.
People shouldn't get their hopes up on it being as big as the one in the picture we've seen. Then all we'll hear is moaning when it's smaller, even though SSC hasn't said anything about it being massive.
True, don't want to hear any _____ing when it's revealed to be a 3 3/4" figure![]()

The likeness issues people are trying to come up with crack me up. This sculpt for me personally is dead on to the actor playing the role.
I've seen the film twice and used to watch him everyday on Home & Away (yeah don't laugh) and this PF looks like him.

The sculpt looks dead on to me. People just love to hate.![]()
This is true. Sadly enough.![]()
From the looks of things most people think it is off. But as long as you like it who cares?
Most people?Yup, I like it and thats the thing I care about the most.

Yes most people. Read through the thread here and on statue forum and you'll find more posts that say the likeness is off or the expression is too blandDefinitely more of those than "perfect likeness" and "dead on" anyways.
I think most people is a reach maybe several people.Funny thing is these "most" people will end up ordering it anyways.
Ah well I can compare the sculpt there to what it looks like in the art book and its right there.
Don't know what to tell ya. Looks dead on to most of me/us and thats what I'll worry/care the most about.
