All I can say is...FINALLY!!! I've been patiently waiting since 2006 for Sideshow to do this character, and this particular version of him, justice. Nothing uber-crazy, just a good and faithful representation that's got everything you need and nothing you don't. After seeing everything he's included with, not the least of which is an actual "light-up" saber which is optional and doesn't handicap a good poseable figure, I think this will be one of my favorite purchases from Sideshow.

Oh man I'm so happy with this! Really glad I ordered the ex as well. Can't wait for this to ship now, this is one major grail for me.

Looks stunning for a production figure. Hopefully, Qui-Gon won't suffer from the comparison when they are finally reunited.

That plastic belt sure looks outdated and cheap by today's standards. Looks like its straight off of one of their 2006 figures.

I always thought the belts were pretty good. Doesn't bother me. Quigon will be getting a SkiPaint though.

production piece came out great! paint looks great! the eyes look incredible. Only thing I would change is the belt to the old (p)leather one. I have a spare for this but I'm not getting it anymore

Really turned out well, with decent likeness. Also the quality of the jedi robes appears to have gotten upgrade.

Damn... I'm going to have to think this through for a while. I've been trying to cut down on my collection since I have too many now, but I absolutely love Star Wars. I was actually considering the snowtrooper! Problem is... I have no idea how I'd display him. Any chance they'd release a new updated Qui Gon?

Is there wire in that cloak? Sure hope so...would be cool to acheive some dynamic action display with it like that good looking
STAP attack product photo.

That plastic belt is an odd step back (almost Hasbro-esque there) and that boots are a bit plastic-ky in the prod shots...but we'll see how they look in-hand....
Sculpt(s) and paint look decent...Jedi outfit and cloak look outstanding....

Really looking forward to this now....

Exclusive item: "Additional 'Lightsaber Duel' Portrait for Alternate Display".

What's that?

Sweet, very glad this turns out well. The best things in TPM to me are:

Ewan McGregor
Liam Neeson
Natalie Portman
Keira Knightley as Natalie Portman's double
And
The best light saber battle in the galaxy
