His robe looks too dark in colour to me, it should be more like episode 2 or 3 obi's IMO. I might change that out, even though it does look like a nicer material. I think the belt and body have gotta go, too. For me a key part of his and qui gon's look were the scruffy, dirty tunics they both had which revealed part of their neck and chest.

Ill wait to see the belt in hand but I can't see a plastic one beating episode 2 obis really nice pleather one. Also the little lip on the top of his boots is inaccurate as far as I'm aware, they never had that in ep.1. So I may hunt a spare pair of those down and try to mod them. I'm kind of starting to agree with you lot with regards to the saber blade, too.

Another potential mod I'm thinking is using the real hair braid from the old hasbro figure.

If anyone is selling any loose episode 2 or 3 obi parts, please do let me know!

I can't wait to get my hands on this guy. I really like it! I just wish I'd be charged, you know, since I did order it 2 minutes after it went up.

Shouldn't be too hard to get. TONS of people converted General Kenobi figures into clone troopers. Should be PLENTY out there.

Just got my FedEx Tracking Notice via email. Decided not to cancel after all. I will just work on some minor modifications to "correct" the figure to my personal liking.

They did have the lip but it was smaller than Sideshow's attempt.

You can only see it slightly, it changes in every scene. His trousers usually lay over that part of the boot so it shouldn't matter too much.

Not gonna lie, just got him and he kicks all kinds of ***. Sideshow has really stepped up their game on human sculpts. Looks just like McGregor.
