So let me get this straight, I made a snarky comment to defend an artist I like, and then took advantage of a mistake to further mock some poor observation skills on CollectorGuy's part. You and Rorywan in turn go into kneejerk defensive mode about remarks not even remotely directed at either of you.

Oh, and the Suhnoc head sculpt is awesome-- The Charlie Sheen comment was bringing something up that others had originally stated at the time of its initial release (which like the T1000 statement is really waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off the mark for those of us who actually have it in hand).
Calm down gentlemen (and lady). We are talking 'bout collectibles. I'll be picking up Kenobi at the end of the week (as well as my HT BW arrival) so I'll take plenty of comparison pics then. Speaking of which, keep the pics a rollin'.

I hate to tell you Platty, but mine is the Exclusive.
My outer shipper box has taken a bit of a bash which has transferred to the SSC box inside. Luckily it is not anything like as bad as the fellow Freak that had a massacred BANE box, that was just plain madness. It is also not so bad as to trigger my particular, personal version of OCD, but I will put pics up if you'd like to see?
I too have given up trying to figure out how SSC do things when it comes to direct figure distribution to the worldwide markets...

The shipper did its job - just.
The figure is awesome. I'm really impressed, the headsculpts definitely looks better in hand that the pictures suggest.
New robe is great too.
The bigger lightsabre is a dissapointment thou and the belt!! It's awful.
Swapped the belt and sabre over with my custom.

Thanks for the info regarding the box. As i've not been charged, I requested a packout a few days ago, and just followed it up asking them to definitely do it for me. Hopefully it's not too late.

Ok my first thought is just wow the headsculpt and robe is really nice and the updated boots with added articulation is great.
I really like the light-up saber too, much nicer in hand i really like how you turn it on.
Having to switch out the forearm is annoying thought so i will just keep the light-up one on.
The special edition head looks great and i really like the padawan braid it moves nicely.

It's funny looking back at this thread and all the Ford likeness jokes and the such. Typical Hot Toys nitpick drivel. And in typical fashion, they were all wrong.
Right off the bat, the paint is fantastic and the sculpt very nice. I've held the Rock n Roll exclusive head as the best SS production head but Young Ben here edges it out. Real nice work. And a shame that those stiff statue collectors get shoddy paint while the 1/6 guys have improved significantly over the last year and half or so.
The light-up lightsaber was something I didn't care about in the beginning. In hand it's a kewl feature and I like how they designed the on/off switch. It's looks good. I also like the thicker blade. But now the other sabers don't match.......
The robe is fantastic. Soft, thin and hangs great. The outfit needs the water treatment. Being in the package wrinkles the fauk out of it. The boots are decent, but too glossy. I like the EP2 boots better.
The hands almost perfect. Very nice job on them and you get a lot of them. Time to stock up and swap out some for the other figures.
Anyway, some pics.

Nice pics evil you did a better job with lighting than i did. Yeah this fiure really did turn out great now i can't wait to see how SSC does with the other 2.0's.
Paint looks sloppy around the hairline a bit otherwise good. He would go well with Medicom Maul, they both have the giraffe neck problem. Don't really see Ewan, but still looks good.
