In Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, the first talking ape, Caesar, led the apes in a rebellion against the humans. In War of the Planet of the Apes he became the general of an ape army, battling the humans who refused to let them live in peace.

This Star Ace figure of Caesar sits on his horse, ready to go into battle. He comes in two versions ? the War for the Planet of the Apes version with a rifle strapped to his back and the Dawn of the Planet of Apes has Caesar wearing battle paint and carrying a spear. Each horse features a removeable saddle and bridle as seen in the respective films.

This statue of polyresin and soft vinyl is approximately 39 cm tall to the top of Caesar?s head while mounted on the horse. It features a detailed, authentic likeness to Caesar in the films and is meticulously hand painted.
The horse is also available separately with both saddles.

Dawn version up on Sideshow for $289.

I'm glad to see more realistic vinyl statues coming out. Good way to pack detail and size into a piece without breaking the bank, so long as they don't require polystone. This one does, likely to help the horse support the weight of Caesar without bowing, and thus costs more.

This piece looks really nice but I might have to pass simply because it wont fit in with anything else I own
