I like it. Prefer the sculpt to InArt personally. People will say opposite, which is expected. Despite constant insistence from some collectors, likeness in these sculpts is endlessly subjective. I like InArt's, but to me Hot Toy's looks more lifelike. I may touch up the face paint a bit if I feel like it, but seeing hi res photos enlarged can over emphasize things and f**k with perception. Need to see it in hand to know for sure. Hell, even in these blogger pics the white make up looks dramatically different in opacity depending on the pic.

Personally, I’m excited to see the first unboxings/reviews out of Hong Kong. Photography is so subjective. Everything makes a difference. The lens you’re using, the direction you’re shooting from, your lighting set-up, the photo editing software you use; it all creates an image. If you stuck your phone against his chest and took a picture from his chin up and that was the first pic people saw, they’d all think it was terrible and that he looked like Megamind. I feel like video footage provides a slightly more comprehensive feel of how something will look on a shelf/a sense of depth.

Like I’ve said before, the prototype pictures didn’t sell me on this figure. Howard’s 10 minute behind the scenes video did. The fact that I like these photos already has me thinking the videos are going to leave me feeling very satisfied before I get the chance to unbox him, myself…

Beats InArt for me, we still don't have the perfect Joker in 1/6 though.
Sadly, I don't think it's even possible to have a perfect Joker. I mean, his hair and makeup change so much from scene to scene and shot to shot, it's impossible to really nail down a singular look that satisfied everyone, or even just a majority. Added to that, how difficult it is to get that many layers of clothing to look slim and accurate at that scale. I've yet to see a purple coat that didn't look too bulky and thick, including all those high priced custom jobs.

I see no reason for me to pass on that. Trouble is I didn't preorder and would be at the mercy of whatever TBA is charging....I haven't looked yet. I wonder if I'll be able to stomach it.

Looks better than the prototype! At least the outfit presentation does. Feels very mundane though seeing yet another company produced Ledger Joker. It'll be even worse when INART shows off their 2.0. At this point, the only road to really improve in areas for this character is to go the custom route and even that feels to have reached a plateau.
