Great review Michael! Are there any noticeable differences between the head sculpt paint on this figure and the Order of the Phoenix version?

Nice. The sport coat of the V1 still bothers me. Had i'd known would of went with just this one.

Not that I can tell. I held the two next to each other, and the hair might be just a smidge darker, but nothing that probably isn't just a normal variation from being produced at two different times.
