I really loved "Rogue One". If I had to imagine how the Death Star plans were taken and lead right into "Star Wars" itself, I could not have thought any better. The same I feel in regards to the "Andor" series and the lead into "Rogue One". Sure, like I posted in the past, there are things missing that may not feel like it's totally "Star Wars" (example : aliens) or more specifically, George Lucas' Star Wars.

Here's a question I asked myself when I had viewed "Rogue One" and had time to absorb and and breakdown the material.....If Vader was not shown at all, would it have felt like "Star Wars" still?

I think with previous Disney Plus SW shows I was a bit prejudice and was going into the show with a predetermined notion of what to expect. It makes it worse I believe if you read into any of the leaks/reviews/rumours. Also I had to take into account various influences on the shows themselves such as budget, actors, writers, directors and producers for instance.

I really wonder if Disney would have been better off releasing three or four episodes each week. Maybe even compressing the episodes into a movie. Also if viewership is low, how is it fairing in Asia?

I think we now about Asia, but just wish the series took off so we could get some more Hot Toys and other high end merchandise.

That episode flew so quickly; so much going on.

Wasn't keen on the "lightsabers" in space, but the rest of that scene was epic.

Destruction of the old cycle, is required for the new,
Although that wasn't just a calendar it was also an alter, and the new sun, required a human sacrifice.
Just saying.

Don't want this show to end.

With everyone converging back on Ferrix: Bix and Cinta already there, Luthen, Vel, Syral, likely Dedra, and Andor who everyone wants a piece of, things about to come to a head.

Another excellent episode, very emotional in fact. If they ever do bring back Blake's 7 Tony Gilroy is the man to do it, just as long as they cast James Purefoy as Avon.

“Luthen is such a badass, gonna be a shame when he dies.”

Who’s going to be bada$$ enough to take down a Jedi?
(Yeah I know how many have been killed stupidly by rando clones etc)
Certainly not the Inquisitors as depicted so far.
Can you imagine if they brought in Reva to kill him in the final episode?
The horror and backlash…

That aside I think I may actually want a Luthen figure if he gets any more awesome.

I can see my display shelf already $$$$$ :monkey2 :monkey2 :monkey2 . Definitely need the DX with hair switchouts.

The most Star Wars episode so far and that’s definitely not a bad thing. I was a bit wary of this one for a bit mainly due to a specific scene with some aliens but even that turned me around.

Plus the way they respected B2EMO’s loss was extraordinarily moving, the Saw and Luthen scene was again the most incredible dance with two amazing actors and that Cantwell destroyer scene, omg

I feel he should have fried the bridge of that ship. I'm thinking he had something in his arsenal capable enough to do that. Next week is the season finale, right?

As cool as they looked, they also seemed like oddly specific weapons for a very specific use case. :lol Can they fire forward too?

I love how this continues to effectively show the scale of planets in the background. They did this with Rogue One too. In many movie/TV space scenes, planets in the background don't have that sense of scale when compared to the ships. Having the fight in low orbit like here and Rogue One really makes the planet (and space itself) feel massive.
