Yeah, well, fury is too cool for school. I make it a point to show up fashionably late to most parties. And when you have the "art guy" responsible for all of us waiting in a huge line on day one, but with free art for all Freaks, you can pull that kind of s#$%...

Can all of you go to this address below and give Mark a couple of bucks to save the igloo? It's another one of my crazy Star Wars dreams to go see this thing and other shooting locations in Tunisia one day. Not that it would ever happen, but I would like to see them intact rather than the condition they are deteriorating into, or being vandalized into perhaps. You can even just give two bucks, you know you have paypal funds just sitting there. Today I gave fifteen bucks, but may give more later. They are going for $10,000 for the whole trip and repair work and are about half way there.

totally disagree about LA being the best venue. The Orlando Convention Center is an incredible complex. It is beautiful so large that Star Wars Celebration wasn't cramped and felt just right. I hope the next one is also in Orlando which is already an international center of tourism.

I am pretty sure that is all relative, you start having comic con at the Orange County Convention Center trust me, the prices will rise.

No prices won't rise as much because the area around the Orlando Convention Center has ZILLIONS of hotel rooms for Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc. The scale of Orlando is so large that it can take in all of Comic Con with no problem. San Diego is too small for Comic Con. Comic Con needs to move to Orlando.

Places like Disney World and Universal Studios wouldn't care anyway because they already bring in tourists themselves. I could easily see all of the local hotels around the area price spike during a major con. Maybe not the first year or the second year but when they sign that multi year contract BAM that is when they suck you in.

Yes the weather in Fl. is horrendous during the summer months, but its great in the winter. I thought some of the Stormtroopers were going to pass out in the heat.
