The Sketch book is almost as god as the print. Trust me the print didnt impress me as much online, after seeing it I wanted it, but didn't buy it then I actually just bought it about a week ago.

What sucks is that at Palmer's website, he no longer throws in the sketchbook with the purchase of the art print. Unless I'm mistaken.

I do agree that the collage wasn't something that jumped out only because it's a collage of ONE person. Had it been a collage of other characters mixed in, then it'd be easier to justify (granted, 38 Padmes is mind-boggling). Still, I didn't want anyone to think that I'm all hung up on Padme to own one. Maybe if they had a locker size version . . .

I'm glad I can do something nice for a change because evil has been getting a little old.

If they actually charged for them I'd want them to be poster-sized (24x36) or even 1-sheet sized (27x40)... these were 11x17.

Wow, that's a bit small, but it's still poster scale, when I was in graphics classes at school, all of our poster designs were 11x17 so it must be a standard for some kind of poster, but I agree, I'd want it to be a nice big size.

I really loved the Clone Wars animated series....a big positive in the modern Star Wars tales. I also think this is really where General G. shines and kicks some serious butt. I new I had to have this piece the moment I saw it. the rough pencils really show the raw, sinister look of this baddie and displays a key scene of a major event (kidnapping of Palpatine).

Very cool piece.

Hey - everyone interested in buying or just looking at the art from Celebration Europe, please come over and check it out. I have assembled a full work-up on the art available (just like I did for C4) over at GGC.

Prices and sizes are starting to trickle in.....

Can you get me some of these? I live in the USA and can't make it. :D

Does anyone have a picture of this piece, I'm so impressed with the C4 print I'm curious what this looked like?

I like it even more than the CIV print (which is saying quite a lot)

Well if it says anything about the quality of this piece, I've seen it both on his site and earlier when it was posted here and apparently was too drawn to the piece to bother reading the wording. :) It is breathtaking, but I look at them differently. The C3 piece is a great composition with an excellent realism to the characters, but for me, the C4 is better because I like the more One Sheet style composition plus, I'm a big black and red fan and the color of the C4 print just really speaks to my taste. The Alec Kenobi in the C3 print is just BEAUTIFUL, really well done.

I was looking at a lot of the ANH prints and this just has everything you could ask for. Not to mention all the likeness's are amazing. I love Jerry's work and look forward to getting more in the future (I can't wait for the LOTR lithos :drool
