Yeah, Ultimate... there are too many people who just delight in hosing people outta stuff. So sad. We're there to celebrate, and I can think of nothing less in the spirit of celebration than hoarding and scalping prints... and then rubbing someone's nose in it.

Also... great piece Fubeca. Tom Hodges did that sucker, and it's brilliant! :D

Mark, swab, did you guys pick up that Palmer Padme print?

Im trying to decide if i should pick it up or not. :banghead

Swabie got a couple of things from Jason. I can't remeber what though. Yeah the Padme print is very nice and the printing is very nice.

you got one mark? Does the print have sort of a reflective tone to it?

No I didnt get one, but I saw Swabies and I think it took like 5 trips to the booth to get it:lol so I saw it a few times. I don't know how to describe it, it seemed like it has very thick ink used and had a glossy kinda finish I guess. Let Swabie or someone who has it describe it better.

I got both his print and his Padme sketch book (which was $12 and is also quite impressive... it has each of the individual Padme sketches complete). :rock

The print is AWESOME. It's 24x36 and printed on what amounts to kodak photo paper. It's not glossy, but actually more like a matte/satin finish. I think some people may have perceived that it was glossy due to the fact that they came pre-packaged in large plastic sleeves, which gave it that look. It's a FANTASTIC print and is vying for my favorite from the show.

Awesome displays! I am going to keep an eye out on SWS and hope to snag a few prints for my walls.

I'll take a few pics of what I have at home and show them off here.

Exactly 100% correct. This print is a real knockout! Any Padme/Portman fan needs this. Nash... do NOT hesitate to get this if/when it comes up for sale. There will be very, very few available as I believe Jason almost sold out at the show.

The printing process on these was so complex that Jason was right up against the deadline to get these to fans at C4. He and his wife Yelena were just insanely busy the entire show.

Yeah... I also got an A/P of Jason's CIII print - as well as a Wedding Padme piece that is just amazing.

I took your advice swab, i just ordered one, however it is $75 plus shipping. oh well.

Yep. In fact, I was there when they were frantically trying to set up his table on Thursday (30 or so minutes after the Hall opened). They were SLAMMED. I am still amazed that he got it done in time, too.

BTW, it looks like he will also have this print at Celebration Europe (with the CE) logo in both 24x36 and 18x24.

Well, I was bidding on the Vanderstelt print that was on eBay but the reserve didn't get met. Hey IJ, wanna ask your friend if he wants to sell it to a fellow Freak? :monkey3
