Amazon was selling them at $89.99 for the pre-orders so since Target was selling them $10 cheaper at $79.99, Amazon dropped their price.

Watching empire on blu ray right now. I have a 100" 1080p 120hz projector and the picture detail looks outstanding!! I preordered through amazon and it got here a day early. Dts hd surround sound is crisp.

Also maybe it's old news or have already been mentioned here but those that don't know about it. YouTube "star wars begins" and watch the documentary that was recently made. Outstanding! Probably the best doc I have ever seen on any film not just the star wars film. And they or he made one for empire and Jedi as well. Just an awesome job all around. Word is he is working on a raiders doc as well.

just came back from Target with the lithographs at a pretty good size (approx 5x11) They look great! I think I'm going to frame them.

I popped in each disc just to check out the menus and just on my little 19" HDTV I have in my dorm with no HDMI connection, I could easily see the difference. I can't wait to take the set home and try them out on my Dad's home theatre system!

I was iffy, but I'm really glad I got this set.

Still not buying the bluray. I'm sticking to my principal in boycotting the unnecessary changes to the films.

This, the terrible box artwork, higher ticket prices for Celebration 6, letting the SW Fan Club fall apart. This tells me that LFL no longer gives a sh** about the fans anymore and is only interested in my money.

Mine was tendered to USPS yesterday morning in Carson as well, but damn I wanted it to make it here by at least today. Not that I have a ton of time to peruse them, but it would have been nice.

My plan is one film at a time, I to VI, when I have the time. School is all consuming now...
