You really hadn't heard yet? For the blu-ray they added some dumb CGI rocks in front of R2 when he's hiding from the sandpeople. Don't ask me how he was supposed to squeeze into the new hiding spot.
Plus when he leaves the alcove to approach Ben the new rocks mysteriously disappear.

@ everybody _____ing about it. The cut to when he's approaching Ben is less than a second, which is the only time you see the rocks aren't there, and literally adds nor detracts nothing from the film itself. Congrats on discovering a whole new level of OCD!

Nam didn't you hear? We now have our unaltered versions of the films and you get to have these new soon-to-be-obsolete-when-the-next-release-messes-them-up-even-further editions. So no need to be uppity in your support of split second half-assery. Let go of your hate.
You don't think its funny that they would take the time to add an arbitrary change like rocks, but then to neglect having them in the next frame.
Its just the whole half-assed nature of these revisions that gets me. I don't really care about some of the changes... but at least have some continuity
