I was that guy. I mean, I didn't listen to it in my car over and over, but I actually like it. It's one of the changes that do not bother me at all. Actually, most of them don't.

Yeah but that's because you are... well.. you know... into musicals 'n' stuff. :monkey3

:lol

I think this settles the debate for me, on if you should show your kids the OT before the PT.

Edit: I see this has it's own thread... Oh well, it's worth seeing twice. :lecture

I never had a doubt which order my kids would see them....just the way I saw them and the way it should be.

I have that one, but haven't watched it yet. Looking forward to it though; from what I've seen Adywan has a good take on SW.

Its funny because ROTS is my favorite prequel but since I got the blu-rays the first and last 30 minutes of The Phantom Menace are what I watch the most (of the PT). Good classic fun.

I really think the beginning and end of TPM are the best sections in the entire Prequel trilogy. I just wish the rest of the films had been as entertaining as those parts.

Exactly. Ep1 had some lousy parts but I have always loved the last 40 minutes with Duel of the Fates. I remember seeing Ep2 and walking out, feeling really let down, it just did not feel like Star Wars, not at all. At least Ep1 had the first part before Naboo and the ending...even the some of the Tattoine scenes were ok. The music is also the best of the prequels by far and the only prequel where John Williams actually composed all the music.

I would agree about lousy parts, but I believe AOTC had some real gems as well. I enjoy the scenes on Kameno ( cloning facility and battle with Jango). As well as the asteroid chase. I also like the arena battle on Geonosis and seeing the clones in action in their first battle. Absolutely love it when the Republic Gunships swoop in and the clones start kicking droid tail. Let's also not forget about Yoda's lightsaber duel with Dooku. Years ago when I saw it in the movies, people actually cheered. It was
totally unexpected. BTW.. Own all the soundtracks and love each one. :)
