That’s right girls get soaked over shadow. Just watch the recent YouTube reactions lol

Not too often do we get to see Anakin and Luke together.

George is all why are you making me sit by this woman, lol.
Uh, George sold the Ip to Disney and knew very well she would be in charge.

But it is public knowledge that he did not know that she was going to immediately discard his story treatments of the ST.

What story treatments? Kennedy is on record complaining about how difficult it was to make the ST with no source material.

I bet Kennedy's shoes cost more than the combined total of the entire wardrobes of all the others.

Welp.... Still a better story than The Last Jedi. You heard me! Yes it is.

The problem is Kylo never struck me as a guy who would know his way around women. Not at all, and that is strange from Han Solo's son. I mean sheesh, did Solo pass along -no- Women 101 tips? Odd.

Its almost like Rey is the first girl Kylo has ever, ever seen. He has no idea how to handle her. Smooth operator? No.

Han Solo should take shame on himself for allowing this critical lack of knowledge.

It's unfortunate that Kylo Ren was woefully miscast. And that I felt Adam Driver was criminally misused. He's quite good at comedy and being sort of awkward but relatable. The films should play to the actors' actual strengths.

I still feel the Finn storyline was poorly executed. The reluctant Storm Trooper who wanted a better life than he had before and probably joined for basic reasons ( work, food, safety, to maybe help his family back on his planet) who saw his "ideals" die and then rebelled/had a crisis of conscience is really interesting. Just pairing Driver and Boyega and infusing Oscar Issac into that would have been a good story. With Driver as as type of levity/comedic relief.

That's the sad part. The raw pieces of a good Star Wars trilogy were literally right there. They could have formulated Daisy Ridley as Driver's sister and Finn's love interest. A Storm Trooper assassination team sent to kill Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Leia.

I'm a little on/off about Taylor Sheridan ( Sicario/Yellowstone/Wind River) but I agree with his story telling technique. Hold some very simple plotlines and just give your characters room to grow. The new Trilogy was just way too plot intensive/plot complex to tell a functional story. Such a talented cast got wasted too.
