On the first five minutes of this video they talk about and show some art of what Supreme Snoke looks like in the film, but they weren't sure if it was real. Well after the show aired, Disney contact them and requested for them to edit the video and to remove the segment and the photos....and they will according to John Campea, but the video is still intact for now.

Pretty sure Snoke (Darth P) was in some kinda of deep sleep/coma for the last 60+ years. Dunno just a theory! I'm sure sidious thought he really was dead.
