I assume that Nien Nunb is being played by Jaden Smith?

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

Although I suppose by casting young Smith as Nien Nunb they don't need ear prosthetics :D

His dad makes referance to his ears all the time...is....is that something only he can do? OK, got it :lol

You tell me, I don't spend my time watching Will Smith interviews. :monkey3

I happen to have seen both Will Smith's appearances on the Graham Norton show (UK) and he is definitely aware of the ears thing and the fact that he has blessed his son with those same Ferengi-like lobes.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

It feels so good to not care what they do going forward. Jedi twins, Thrawn, Chewie's death, Fett's survival, PT references. Whatever stupid things they throw in don't matter anymore. We'll always have Harmy. :)

Thats were I'm at. Its exciting to invision fresh new SW movies, but weather they are great or they suck butthole, it will do nothing to change my love of SW or take anything away from the OT.

I welcome whatever they give, good bad or ugly, I really don't care that much.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

The good thing about them is they will be a sequel. So you can just forget what happens next.

A prequel is a lot harder to forget about, because they try to force the new story with the old.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

Thats true, but even if they, chronologically in the story came first, they were literally written after. So I consider the pre-sequels. Not just with SW, but with any franchise that tries to retro fit an origin story. So basically, I can easily forget anything if I rationalize it in my own mind :)

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

Well yeah. Or you can always just drink till you forget.

Attack of the Clones need a special brand.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

That doesn't look healthy at all, I'll stick to rationalizing away bad sequels, prequles and pre-sequels.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

The great thing is, it was all Lucas before he wouldn't let anyone go near star wars, now we have all these new people/artists, working to get the best possible star wars episode for 2015.

Yup, and cause of that it won't be as bad as the prequels.. It just can't be.
