Yup, Disney didn't get a bunch of actors in their 20's if they aren't going to use them for the next 10-15 years. What I want to know is who is the new main character. Is it a guy...or are they going to follow the Hunger Game trend and make the protagonist a girl? Is the main character going to be a relative of Luke or Hans Solo? So many questions.

I'd say this. It seems to be the trend these days.

I hope she'll be old enough to have a guilt-free perve at. Portman in torn clothes tied to a pole was downright uncomfortable.

Pretty much a lead pipe lock the next Jedi is gonna be a girl.

Also, it will be interesting to see whether or not the new villain will be a main character throughout the new movies or if they kill them off in the first movie and introduce a new villain in Ep 8.

I really don't want a girl as the protagonist...maybe a guy and a girl as the co-protagonists (wait..now that sounds like Twilight :lol) Anyway, they'll probably have a "big boss" like the emperor and we'll see him in several films, but he'll have a henchman like Vader or Darth Maul, but I see that villain/henchman...or woman getting kill by the end of the film. I think the villain will be a woman.

As long as they don't do Episode IX, Part I...

...and Episode IX, Part II

Good point.

They will.

That's the worst offense of a money-grab. Potter did it. Now you have Mockingjay Part I and II. It's big BS. And the two movies together really ruin either from being a satisfactory conclusion because of all the filler to make it "epic" length.

I agree with this. How do you have a satisfactory finale with two separate halves? Imagine if ROTJ was Part I and Part II and the first ended with the Speeder Bike chase and the second randomly began with Leia and Wicket. You couldn't say "ROTJ is my favorite" because there are two parts and one has an anticlimactic ending and the other doesn't have a beginning.

That's why I'm actually GLAD the Hobbit was split into three movies, not two. Now I feel like its a complete trilogy instead of two half-movies.

It feels like one Hobbit movie, a LEGO game, and an airbrushed LOTR.

I sort of like the title pretty strong, sounds mythical mistical. Just doesn't sound like a title to me though more like a description of some sort.

J.J. Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy Came Up with “The Force Awakens”.

In the interview Mr. Iger is asked how the newly released title for Star Wars episode VII “The Force Awakens” Was created. Mr. Iger states:
It was a decision that was made by a few people involved in the process, Kathleen Kennedy who runs Lucas film for us, and J.J. Abrams who is directing The force Awakens… I was gonna say Star Wars VII but now there’s a new name.

We are involved in the decision. We feel great about the film. We can’t wait until it comes out. We are only one of many that can’t wait.

I love the franchise. I remember going to the first in 1977. it’s an experience i will never forget. That is exactly what we are hoping to do again what the force awakens in 2015.

Also some TFN member predicted the title 2 yrs ago.
