What movie is that from? I always assumed your avatar was Hermione or something.
That's Nastassja Kinski as Susie the Bear from Hotel New Hampshire.

Oh wow, I never would have guessed. I remember thinking how hot she was in Terminal Velocity and that one photo of her wearing nothing but a snake that used to be front and center in all those mall framing stores, lol.
I'm sorry but you can't possibly think that some random photo of Mark sitting wide-eyed in a chair can possibly dispute his own words and the film itself. At the beginning of the movie Kylo Ren says that the effort of using the Force across the galaxy can kill someone (foreshadowing Luke's death) and Carrie filmed an entire scene where she tells Rey that she could feel that Luke had passed and obviously that would had to have been done prior to her death in December 2016, not a last minute "F U" to Hamill by Kennedy or whomever at LFL.
It's not some random photo. It's the photo of his expression after the premier while standing next to Johnson. It's in Talibane's signature. He was happy, hyped and excited before the premiere, lethargic and untalkative after... And Leia's line?? I don't even remember that. I was long checked out from this **** show before that line ever got uttered. I was just impatiently waiting for it to end. Lots can be done in editing to change how a line of dialogue is perceived. There's more cut from a film than what actually makes it in. Maybe they had her film multiple lines of dialogue during that scene.. We will never know. Anyone present would be contractually obligated to keep secrets and not divulge inside information. Carrie would've been the underdog in keeping secret since she's so outspoken, but she's gone. And all the more still, neither of your examples are proof Mark Hamill knew of Luke's death before his viewing at the premiere. Maybe Only Fisher new..
One night I was nodding off to sleep in front of the TV and woke to see this strange movie with a girl in a bear suit. I had no idea what it was or what was going on, but it left an impression!
Years later I found it on DVD and it's a really quirky film. I have a fondness for films from the '80s. And Nastassja, who I first saw in Cat People, which also left an impression.

I know there's no proof of Hamill not knowing Luke died, but a picture tells a thousand words. And there is evidence to suggest he didn't know as Hamill is on the record in interviews saying he was looking forward to Ep9 as he agreed with and was on the same page as to where Colin Trevorrow was taking Luke/his character. He obviously didn't like what Johnson did, recanted or not, it's already out there. And remember No other cast members new about Vader being Luke's dad until the screening, so it's also not surprising that it would be kept a secret.
Hollywood is all about ego's. I wouldn't doubt for one second that Kennedy told Johnson to off Luke after he was making the rounds and conveying his displeasure. She's definitely one who seems she would relish in getting the last laugh. And as I and others have said, it would be extremely easy to have him simply fade away in post during the final editing of the movie.... Bye Bye Lukey... "The Force Is Female" after all...
So Hamill's own words (that Luke's death was not a surprise) and the dialogue in the film recorded over a year before it's release is wrong but TaliBane's sig is right. Gotcha, lol.
Like I said many times. In the new canon the rules no longer apply. And now... Darth Magneto....

Ridiculous.

Daisy and Carrie knew at least. They filmed a scene about Luke's death. I have a really hard to time thinking it wasn't at least a possibility that they planned, meaning they shot reactions of his passing if they wanted to go there. When they decided to ultimately go there is anyone's guess, maybe it was the plan all along and Mark knew. Or maybe it was a 50/50 type of thing and Mark had been led to believe they would keep him around in the flesh based on his talks with Trevorrow.
EDIT: See you and Khev already discussed all the above already.

Ridiculous.
Rule #1: You can’t use the force on big metal things.
I think Yoda says that in ESB right after Luke can’t lift his X-Wing.

(though I do agree that the comics are often ridiculous and not to be taken seriously)
