Driver has the right idea. His co-stars are huge pussies.

Wo Driver is intense haha. He was one of the best / redeeming features of TFA for me and if he has to do those things for another solid performance in TLJ then that's cool. I'm available for lunch if you want Mark?

I wish they would have placed The Force Awakens at least a decade or two farther away. Return of The Jedi was the end of Luke's story they should have made this truly Rey's story and started over all together. Luke could have been shown in flashbacks or through a Jedi holocron. Now Han's dead, they're pushing Fisher's corpse, and Luke is pull out of mothballs for another trilogy. The Hqn Leia and Luke I know had a happy ending a long time ago. No need to spoil it.

Yea TFA spoiled the happy ending we got. So we are supposed to expect another happy ending? Eh, I wanna find out Rey's story but don't care one bit if the rest of the characters get a happy ending.

Mark Hamill has opened up on why Adam Driver wouldn't hang out with him while making Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Speaking with Vanity Fair, Hamill joked that Driver is “very moody and intense".

“I remember saying to Adam, ‘I don’t know how you work, or your technique. But, at some point, you were my nephew. I probably bounced you on my knee. I probably babysat for you.

There’s that side, and now we’re both estranged from the Skywalker family. All I’m suggesting is, if you’d like, maybe we could go to lunch, we could get together and hang out.’”

Driver turned him down, Hamill said. “And more power to him".

Must be weird for Hamill not having a millennial gushing over him like they do at comic con conventions.

So he's a method actor. I like him even more now.

He was trained by method actor and vegan Jared Leto.

Another of Driver's co-stars, John Boyega, is a little more forceful when it comes to rallying Driver round. “I give Adam hugs randomly, just for no reason,” he said. When Vanity Fair asks if he takes it, Boyega responded with "he just stands there. He just waits for me to be done."

For Driver's part, the actor said his seriousness is part of his internal process. “There’s big personal things that I find about every character, not just in Star Wars, that you have to make as personal as possible. It’s the big joke about being an actor, that you make everything you’re doing seem like it’s life or death. The things about that character that I find painful, that I really relate to, I kind of prefer to keep to myself,” he said.

Except Driver looked like he enjoyed working with Ford from the TFA BTS ..maybe it's preference :lol

Who cares what these people do as long as the performances are good then I couldn't give a **** less.

:lol

Sci Fi actors had it too good in the 70s and 80s it doesn't have to be always a family that the OT had all around but you know it's what Disney wants.

Hamill has to realize this generation of actors have already been in the field for awhile taking on different roles and not so green like he and Carrie was when they started SW.

Driver also is on cable tv, a different genre

Method actors need to be set aside and singled out

Millennials don't care about Luke, just us old timers. That said it is kind of badass to picture Driver standing there like an emotionless T-800 while giddy manlet Boyega hugs him.

You guys do know that being born in the 80's makes you a millennial right? :lol

See, what I take away from xipotec's posts are that "haters" and cynics are cool and he wishes that he was like us. Those kind of compliments don't come around too often, they just don't come around too often. Frankly, I'm honored that xipotec thinks I'm a cool guy.

I didn't mention any names.......

;)

I am also touched someone would think I a millennial by using one phrase.....At my age I like to feel young...
