To all those insisting that there is a grand plan and that Rey and Snoke had a concrete, fleshed out, backstory all along:

I’m sure they talked about where it might go early on, but when they came to me there was no mapped story presented beyond TFA.

So, on top of everything else, TFA also copied even the lack of planning from Star Wars?

They know that no matter how good/bad it is, it will still make a ton of $$$$$.... Us SW fans are an odd lot. We still throw our money at the things we complain about. :lol

I refer to it as fandom masochism.
it is a combination of nostalgia, completism and disturbed sense of loyalty. with a hint of curiosity and a lot of denial.

as fans, these things mix and create what we see today

Look Jye Ole Brown Eyes is bringing her sisters.

Come to think of it, the rumored Poe/Finn romance might actually serve a purpose. If it epically backfires and ticket/merchandise sales suffer, Disney will refrain from ramming progressive agendas [that don't belong in these movies] down people's throats.

Why is the phase "ramming down people's throats" always used to describe perceived gay agendas?

Is there plans to make it compulsory, that I have not been made aware of?

Theaters banned Beauty and the Beast because of one gay character, so I wonder if they'd handle a Star Wars movie the same way? SW is a big seller, so it would hurt them even more if they did.

Of course they won't, so stop sweating it. The things you guys worry about, you are so concerned about it as though watching it might turn you gay.

Yo this is thread is turning me gray.

Wake me up in December when this PoS is released.
