looks pretty darn great to me.......

Yep...

I'm already looking up where to buy Porg toys lmao. Guaranteed #1 best seller this Christmas. :lol

I don't think I ever hated a Star Wars movie on first viewing. Maybe AOTC was the closest.

They are always enjoyable. The distaste comes after. Like Avatar or Superman Returns... repeat viewings reveal its true colors.

I disagree..

Sex feels good no matter who with, but if it's with a supermodel its gonna be great.

You talk yourself into hating something, especially if you like or don't mind it to begin with.

I enjoyed the trailer and it was successful, I'm more interested in seeing this now than I was before.
I believe the trailer was edited a bit to be misleading, the scene with Luke talking about raw strength scarring him with scenes of Rey juxtaposed and the scenes with Rey asking for help juxtaposed with Ren holding his hand out at the end all appear to be different scenes and I think are intended to make the trailer misleading.
I at least hope they're misleading just to keep the movie fresh and surprising.

AOTC was painful on first viewing.

I cringed in both TPM and AOTC....well....during ROTS too lol

TFA will never be AOTC bad and I am no fan of JJ Abrams whatsoever.

Yeah there is major misdirecting taking place in this trailer. Editing can make anything look like anything.
They can even choose to color grade two separate scenes the same way in order to make you think it's one actual scene in the movie (I'm referring to the Rey/Kylo scene at the end ofc).

They won't reveal anything important, Star Wars is the most secretive franchise, it's just here to get you excited.
I took away only one major plot point that was hard to predict until now: Rey will be in the same room as Snoke at some point.

AOTC was an embarassment and I was "then" a fan of the Prequels(ok i was much younger and dumb) so it had to be really really bad
