My initial gut reaction to TFA was that it didn't feel like SW, but it improved with subsequent viewings. That feeling is even stronger for me with TLJ, so will see what happens.

If I had to pick the only PT movie that I absolutely can not sit thru the entire thing is TPM

Even though AOTC is crazy stiff with cringe worthy dialogue and the worst 3PO of all SW movies and that abysmal factory scene and silly Jedi in the arena looking idiotic it at least doesn’t have freaking Gungans!

I gave up on watching AOTC because it’s just so badly made....the story is ok....but the acting, effects, dialogue, and cinematography are just horrid.....

I would never rate it a 1/10 like some drama queens around here do, but it’s not really rewatchable. Which is a hallmark of a decent film to me.

ROTS is better on all fronts compared to AOTC. I enjoy watching that from time to time.....so long as I hold my hands over my ears when Anakin says “you underestimate my powers”

I am there going “lalalalalalalalalala” as loud as I can....

:lol :lol :lol

I totally forgot about the multiple-Reys-clicks-their-fingers scene.

I thought she was going to let out a MJ shrill cry and begin doing a few hip thrusts. It really felt like something out of a cheesy late 70's music video where they used video "effects" like replicating the singer as if in mirrors.

It would be a blessing if I could forget the whole *****king film! But I can't!! It's literally created a mental scar that I can't rid myself of.

:rotfl Look at the fear instilled in the host on the right! He's terrified that if he's perceived as complicit, his career will be over! He's squirming in his chair, at one point almost crawling under the table! This is why TLJ received unanimous praise from critics: cowardice. Face it: Mickey Mouse defecated into a bag, set it on fire, and left it on everyone's front porch. Some of you are breaking out s'mores, and making the best of it... :lol

Disney...is the new Mafia

They just need time to get over the shock, eventually they will come to appreciate what they saw.

Horse****!!

It’s going to get so much worse. Disney better get full on ready for damage control.

And **** em I can’t wait to see them squirm.

Adam said it Best this film was an abortion.

Well if that petition gets to 1 million signatures saying that they will no longer go watch IX made by Disney that’s 1 million x $20 a ticket = $20 million in sales Disney would lose out on and if those 1 million people were going to watch it twice then Disney would lose out on $40 million.

Can’t please 100% of the people 100% of the time oh well.

Losing $40 million on a $1.5 billion earner hurts but it won’t make the movie a loser, not even close.

You guys want to see the future of star wars merchandise? Toys r us is giving away this sucker with the purchase of 30$ or more in construction lego sets. You guys can keep making all the smores you want to but 129.99 to 29.99 lol

Yup there’s a lot of emasculated “men” on this board.

BS is BS. Factor in a percentage who signed the petition are full of **** and they’ll be in attendance day 1.

How many people piss and moan about Disney Wars, MCU formula films and DCEU garbage feast and still watch the films. I mean the cooler kids will claim not to pay for it but they still watch.

It’s all horse pucky...

:lol

It's also sold out.

Bought my Daughter Hero BB-8, normally $230, for $100. It's her most wanted Christmas gift.

It's the giant R/C BB-8

Yes, all the people whining will probably see it before me.

And what's more emasculated than a grown man crying over Star Wars.

First Star Wars film ever, I won’t be seeing at least twice at the cinema.

And with Rotten Tomatoes down to 55%, Metacritic at 4.9/10, all imdb user reviews below 5, (and all continuing to fall), and the wave of negativity sweeping across the world... things aren’t looking too healthy.

Disney will have to listen when their second week drop-off will be significant.

I’m sorry but Disney is not even worried. :lol Was fox when TPM hit, or AOTC? No. It’s Star Wars, aka profit.

Not too mention it’s Christmas next week, all the families will be going in flocks.

The dollars are doing to talking to the Disney folks....they do not read social complaint forum....they read spreadsheets.....

I wonder how many people here were destined to hate ST due to their inherent hate of Disney? I know many people have strong feelings about Disney as a company.

I have a friend who refuses to see any Disney films. He hates them that much. He has never seen classics like The Lion King, LILO and Stitch, Monsters Inc, Toy Story.

He’s skipping Marvel also....
