War! The Sequel Trilogy is crumbling under attacks by the ruthless R-Rated Spider-verse fan, Count SNIKT. There are heroes on both sides. Threadcrapping is everywhere.
In a stunning move, the fiendish post count leader, General Wor-Gar, has swept into the TLJ thread and kidnapped karamazov80, mod of the Movie Forum.
As the PT fanboy army attempts to flee the besieged thread with their valuable hostage, two TLJ fans lead a desperate mission to rescue the captive Moderator....

Lulz.

The original ending of ROTJ was written that Luke left on his own and into exile. For everyone that wanted to see Luke to have grown in the Force and have all these great powers, isn't that what we got to see? He was able to project himself across the galaxy to another planet , interact with his location , save the remaining ressistance and in the process become an even greater legend and breath new hope into the galaxy ( as evidenced by the children at the end) . This movie has it's flaws, but it's not as bad as people are making it out to be.

It's the middle story of a trilogy, like ESB was, which left some unanswered questions as well. Where did Vader go after his ship tumbled into space at the end of ANH? How did Vader find out who it was that destroyed the Death Star? Now there's a ghost in this movie? A puppet is playing a major role? There's a slug living on a rock? There's bats living in the slug? They only need gas masks to walk in the slug? They flew in through it's ass and came out of his mouth? Emperor? Who is he? Where did he come from?

As far people needing no training, Luke hopped into an X-Wing and destroyed the Death Star. Maybe the force is stronger in Rey than in anyone before? I'm sure that Ep 9 will tie it all together .

Now the Leia Scene, if she had done what she did almost as soon as she was blasted into space, no one would have complained. It's the timing that screws the people up.

There is a disconnect with our "main Hero's" (Rey, Finn & Poe) in these movies as they all have their separate stories (not journey's). Think about the narrative of ANH, there is a single linear line where characters are introduced periodically Leia, R2, C3P0, Luke, Ben, Han/Chewie to serve the main goal. We might not realize this but escaping the DEATH STAR fighting the two Tie Fighters is the "epicentre/heart" of the entire OT! Here for the first time and still strangers to each other, the forming of our "band". When ESB arrives and characters split up, we are OK with that since the characters and us shared the experience of ANH together. In ROTJ we have our reunion (you know how you felt when you saw them in the Imperial Shuttle together) and in our hearts know that Leia, R2, C3P0, Luke, Han & Chewie are our HOMEBASE!!! Our new characters have no relationship, yes Rey and Finn are friends but Rey has the bigger roll as she is discovering herself/identity. You can argue that Finn ignited this in Jakku but that ended when Rey discovered her powers on Star Killer base. The only story for Finn now is to "I have to help", "she needs my help", "there gonna need help", help, help help.....". Poe, well Poe is a soldier no different from Hux duty to the First Order, Poe's is to the Rebellion. Everything he has done, he has done within those lines. So when I hear he's the Han Solo of this trilogy, why? I can't make that connection aside from visually when he wears a somewhat Bespin Han jacket! But wait he fly's a Xwing like Luke?? I'm confused! Opinions aside of TLJ, the one scene, the WTF moment was at the very end of TLJ when Poe introduces himself to Rey. WTF so these two never met before? There is no HOMEBASE with these characters. Essentially when my kids play and set-up their action figures. Rey is in the living room, Finn is in the kitchen and Poe in the Bedroom playing out their separate stories!!

Well said. I also really like that Luke's display of power was also showcased to pretty much the entire First Order. I wonder how his legend will grow after surviving the barrage of gunfire from the FO Walkers? Or will Kylo be this amazing new legend for seemingly defeating him in single combat?

And possibly even more important than all of that; did Abrams take offense to Johnson tweaking the look of his Ducktroopers and will they go back to their original helmet designs in Episode 9? :D

I totally get your point and have heard a few people defend that choice, but seriously, which is more exciting and truly adds to the legend of Luke... What we got, or seeing him face the guards, Kylo and Snoke in order to save Rey? Come on. The Force projection is cool but versus actual lightsaber virtuosity and Yoda-style Force powers, I know which one I want to see.
And even if the script remains unchanged until Crait, at least have him be actually there, dismantle the entire army using the Force, and then face Kylo in a lightsaber duel for the ages.
I get the originality and message behind what we got in the movie, but to me that's not nearly as fascinating as the choices above.

Damn straight...they aint gonna turn into a pod,or Borg, or disneyfied

People are tearing the character apart in the comments, 7k likes 3k dislikes:

I thought they would remove the video as a kind gesture to the actress but clearly that's not the case.

Dang that's brutal.. As much as I didn't like the character it's not cool to get so personal on the actress... Removing it would be good. On the other hand theres a good chance she's not even aware of it

I mean yes her character sucked but seriously some people are bullies and will probably message her death threats and blow it way out of hand

Sad part is, I'm pretty sure she's aware because she has been fangirling for weeks, so there is no way she isn't reading the reactions. It's her first big role.
She is also getting tons of positive messages of course (checked out her Instagram out of curiosity), but that must sting. I doubt she was expecting to be compared to Jar Jar when she was on the red carpet at the premiere going crazy last week.

People are calling her Rose Rose Binks.
