Yup, Thats my sons I taught him how to paint also! he painted this like the first one I posted.

He should put more pics up that shows the details a little better. He would probably get a better dollar amount in the long run. Or he'll get bombarded with 500 emails asking for additional pics... :lol

I've got one e-mail asking for more pics I have a couple more on a picturetrail more people are asking me how to do it than anything else
 
Here is another WIP I know alot of people thought it should be shiney so here is one I am working on now, the paint is a high gloss black laquer its so shiney you can't see its black!!

Jesus man, just wow!! I'm glad someone had the balls to do something like this after getting a damaged piece. In the end, it looks so much better IMHO!! I wish I could find a cheap damaged one to send to you for a repaint!

Ickwinzs, I reckon you live in the US. If not, I'd send you my scratched SIM for a repaint right away. Much better than the replacement I'm getting from Sideshow could ever be. Unfortunately the shipping costs are to high, so I think I settle with a mint SSC replacement.
