Crap this caught me off guard. I was expecting spiderwoman to convert but I can't get both at once. I would have to go with storm...must think....

The EX Storm is MUCH, MUCH better than Spider Woman. That statue just looks off to me, like my friend says, like she's hailing a taxi.

I'm excited to get both, but I have to cosign on Storm being better.
Storm's faces needed work they didn't get and the abdomen didn't need that dark shading, but otherwise the pose and sculpting are perfect. If the changes would have been made, Storm would've been a 10. She looks regal and powerful, and you can tell what she's doing.
Spider-Woman is ok. The museum pose was a missed opportunity to do something dynamic. The Veranke EX head is cool and looks great, but it's so rooted in one storyline. Yeah, important to the character, but it's so specific. Storm's EX is more overall classic.
For the same money, Storm is just a better current value. Feels like more. Looking forward, I think even with more Storm's she'll be more wanted. She's more popular. Your mom and non comic reading friends would probably know Storm before Spider-Woman.
And her backside was sculpted well, too. I'll have to display mine on the right side without the cape like below. Repost:
