Yes, it seems the 1up Cheats page is incorrect. What's strange is how random Akuma's appearance was. Out of the 8 times I played through Arcade mode trying to unlock him, I had more than accomplished the requirements. I had done 1 perfect, 2 perfects, 3 perfects, etc etc for each playthrough. This in conjunction with the 2 ultras and Akuma still didn't appear.

I eventually got him. Not sure what I was doing wrong.

Is there an option to invite friends in the network lobby on the 360 version?

The ps3 doesnt have this and I think this sucks pretty hard. I have no idea how im supposed to match with friends instead of just random a-holes.

I also think it's lame how your 'room' automatically gets shut down after your 1 match. you then have to start over and create another room. which isnt hard to do, but would have been much more streamlined to let the host keep the room until he/she sees fit.

Go to the player settings and set it to allow invites to live battles. Weve all had them turned off.

mine too...i had to take a long break. i'm glad there aren't any regular fightsticks in any store near me or i'd probably break down and buy one. it's going to be a long wait for the TE.

figured out the invite thing. you can't do it on ranked matches. only player matches.

by the way, what does BPs do?
