I'd say that the key to dressing (for both men and women), is to always highlight the areas of your body that stand out well, as well as to hide the areas that don't (it varies from person to person). That said, Taylor needs to dress more conservatively, because the tight shorts aren't helping her at all. Like, maybe if she wore a dress or jeans, her butt wouldn't be an issue.
