What does it mean when you did fairly well on one interview and did BAD on another interview. Both are separate position but at similar level.

Got positive feedback from earlier, third interview. But then they went overboard with another interview. And the interviewer woman want to split up this interview into section with her colleague. This crap need to stop. Mr. Green cancel it asap. What is wrong with these peep?
