I dont know what else it could be. Definitely not a critter...I mean I can't even lift the basin without help. And no one has been in my back yard. I have it doggy escape proof and if someone got in there, there would be signs. Looking at the base...some stone has crumbled a bit...perhaps just enough to tip it over.
