I was having cognitive dissonance as I followed the line of her belly down to her thigh, but then I'd just notice the line of her belly going up to her elbow. New dissonance there, so back down the other way. After a bit of that nonsense, I'd notice her face and get completely lost. Those lips...

Anyone who knows how much snakes stink would not find that photograph in the least appealing.

Snakes do not stink;they have very little odor at all, if they are well kept(as this one obviously is).You want a stinky pet, try a hamster or ferret. And I challenge anyone to clean a cat litter box and retain the belief that cats are "odor-free"...PS

I never said other animals don't smell stronger. But to say that snakes don't stink is an outright untruth. Smelling them is one of the ways I would find them to catch them when I was a kid.
 
On my commute to classes and work in NYC, I've smelled some extremely rank and disgusting stenches from the subways. But, from hobos, not animals. It's almost as overpowering as the smell that you'd find at a zoo. I'm sure that the smell of snakes and cats will be more pleasing to the nose.
