Well, people can ask and people can deny their offers. I don't see the girls going for anywhere near that. I mean really, from 250 to that within under a month. Greedy people. I can somewhat understand, as sometimes I order a statue but can't really afford it, but know that you can make a buck if you keep it. The prices are pretty ridiculous, when there are ones going for half of what the seller is charging....but who knows maybe get lucky.

Don't know is this is good or bad news but since my cup is always half empty I lean towards bad. I asked Forbidden Planet about my BD preorder and got this reply:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

We have received an update from the manufacturers relating to the release of this product. Although they're currently unable to offer us a specific new date, we do finally expect them into stock mid-late October.

The "they're currently unable to offer us a specific new date" makes me believe that it will get cancelled but GG just haven't told FP anything yet. Bummer
