That I am not sure! Right now, I only have 2 possibilities. One is a guy who MIGHT be able to get one for me at retail. The other is a guy who wants quite a bit more than retail, but less than all of them on eBay.



Well, I have thought about that many times too. However, what are the chances I could actually be one of the few to get one? Also, the $60 membership would end in December anyways, so if I don't get a Japanese edition, I will have paid $60 for 4 months for nothing.

Well, it depends if GG announces a time and date ahead of time for the preorder... or they could just throw the preorders up whenever they feel like, and if they do that it'll be the lucky few who happen to be online at the time that will snag the statue.

Exactly. They have announced some recent releases which may be a good sign for the Japan Babydoll PO. We shall see!

I talked to customer rep and they said the annual applies when u sign up. You have 12 months before renewal. Call them if you need verification.

That's so weird! I'm not saying I don't believe you, but that is completely contradictory to how they have it labeled. They have it labeled like it expires December 31st no matter when you pay for it.

I agree! Well, it would be in handy too, since I ordered Sweet Pea through them.

When you go to the 3 minibusts, it shows that its from January 2011 to December 2011.

Check with them North. If that is the case sign up for the PGM & on your next order (till it expires after 1 year of signing up), re-order sweetpea & get her for $225.

They have been pretty slow to receive things, or maybe they receive it but they receive so much that it takes awhile to sort it all out.

I don't know if Gentle Giant's PGM is worth the $60 but I'm not giving them any money on the slight chance I might get a BD statue.

When/if I get my Babydoll Japanese variant from BBTS, I'm done with Gentle Giant.

Really, why no love for GG? My first statue ever from them and it blew me away. There price is very good also..

according to the rep on rebelscum, the membership is only good for the calander year. come Jan.1/12 you will have to pay another $60.

having said that, anything you pre-ordered in 2011 would be fine.

the mixed messages further shows how mismanaged this company is.
