Harley and Katana are the only two I would be interested in and that's only if the movie is amazing. Maybe The Joker if the performance ends up being as inspired as Ledger's.

Right.
Joker has never looked like a pimp or a gangster.

Never

Never ever
..

He does now. Guess you're just gonna have to get over it.

Also, don't know if you've ever seen the Batman movie from '89, but the joker in that was what I would consider a gangster.

I was being sarcastic. :lol

I love the look of this joker.
My favorite so far.

Leto looks great as Joker- this isn't the Joker of days past...

I hope HT does even three figures but knowing them they'll skip Deadshot and do Katanna or whomever

Gangster yes but that basically amounted to a pin stripe suit and having some mob affiliation depending on the story or era. I should clarify that he looks like a modern day "gangsta wannabe" type. Like some ridiculous rapper or something with him being shirtless often to show off his tattoos and the ridiculous teeth that may be replacement teeth but essentially look like grills.

Even before Leto, the film Jokers (and their Batmen) were radically different interpretations and departures from their comic/cartoon/tv show counterparts. The film interpretations have always pushed the envelope on what the character could be in a real world setting.

'89 Joker

- bullet ridden, botched plastic surgery, glasgow smile
- permanent grin
- gangster (and pimp) look
- mob enforcer

TDK Joker

- chelsea smile inflicted by a knife
- wears make up, hair dye and lipstick
- dirty, punk look
- terrorist/mad bomber

Neither of those are this guy,

The Leto Joker is pushing the film interpretation of the character even further. In the 60s, on screen Joker was a harmless clown with a mustache. In the 80s, a mob/gangster Joker with a permanent grin was a radical departure from that vision. In the 2000s, the Joker became a vagrant anarchist that put on his grandmas old make up with a cut up face. Now in 2016, the Joker has tattoos and grill like a modern prison punk.

They're all still Joker. The next one will probably be even crazier and we'll all be bitching how "it isn't right, not MY Joker!" :lol

I haven't complained about the looks the character has had in the past. Even when people complained about Ledger I didn't have a problem with his look as I felt it fit in with the universe that Nolan created. The Leto version of the character just looks goofy and not in a good Joker way but just in a ridiculous over the top way. I'm not a fan of the way the DC films are currently being handled in general though. Suicide Squad does look more interesting to me than Batman V Superman.

Whole Joker character is over the top. And i can't wait to see his another interpretation.

I hope they will release the two pack version
option 1: Harley & Joker
option 2: Tuxedo Joker & Empire Cover version Joker

NEED a goddamn El Diablo.

You and me both buddy, I have good reason though 😁
If they made Diablo I would probably get Harley to go with it, otherwise likely not dipping into this line at the moment (Diablo aside)
Movie could change my mind

I was looking into the time they announced Batman V Superman and then the day pictures of them went up and I think it was a couple day difference. Maybe we will see at least Harley by the end on the month . I hope they do captain boomerang becasue while I would love to get the whole team which I know won't happen I want to at least get boomerang ,Harley ,and Deadshot .

And possibly Katana and El Diablo.

I would guess Deadshot is one of the sure bets along with The Joker and Harley. Sort of a well known character and he's being played by a big name actor. I'd be very surprised if Hot Toys doesn't make him. I think the rest are very much going to be up in the air and I wouldn't be surprised to see the line not completed.

aside from the cringe damaged tattoo, I don't have a problem with this look.

Leto is also a great actor.

Very confident that this movie will be better than BVS. The director is actually competent.
