I'll give it a shot. But it did come off very girly to the point of almost being annoying.

It looks like an okay teen drama but the alien angle just screams villain of the week like Flash and Smallville. As dated as Lojs and Clark is atleast it wasn't about him getting into scraps with unlimited equally strong baddies
