Supergirl Series

I have about 7 episodes on my DVR that I need to catch up on... is it worth it?

I'm debating cutting this show out of my rotation along with Flash and Arrow.

Some people on the board like this, some people don't, better you just watch through it and judge for yourself to see if it appeals to you. From my perspective, some episodes are just meh, others decent, some enjoyable.

Most of the shows my mother watches are on CBS.

I've only seen part of it and couldn't stand the bad acting of the lead. Don't even know her name. My mother watches it, but she says it's getting harder for her to watch. She usually plays games while it's on while she's waiting for Scorpion to start.

The acting has gotten a lot better within the last few episodes.

I will be watching my first episode of this Monday when The Flash is on. Hopefully it is good, might persuade me enough to watch the other episodes.

I find the acting and special effects have improved. And I must keep watching for my new celeb crush, Melissa Benoist. Back of Waller! You already have your precious Emma!

I've watched ep6, 7 and8 yesterday. Definitely getting better.

Wire works are still awful though, and that DEO bunker cave? Did they just re-use leftover sets from ST:TOS?

I saw the show, but only because Flash was in it. Seems like a fun series and Supergirl is likable and kind of cute. After watching Super girl and Flash together fighting super villains in such a bright colorful way and with all that sense of humor, it reminds me of the Silver Age Comics, and that's cool. Very different from the dark, humorless DC cinematic universe.

Depends, are you a fan of Super Girl? I don't think the action looked as good as the Flash show, but the actors had good chemistry and the episode was pretty fun in a cheesy way.

I thought it was great. This definitely needs to be a regular thing a couple times a season. Maybe get Supergirl on Flash next season? They did have a great chemistry and frankly they would make a better couple than either of the people they are interested in

It was just fun, cheesy, innocent good o'l comic book stuff. Before all the serious, doom and gloom modern comics get. Back when comics were just fun and light hearted.

Really good episode last night, there was good chemistry between Kara & Barry. I liked seeing them work together against Banshee & Livewire.

I hope CBS & the CW do it again!
