So desperate, WB announced a new Game of Thrones movie coming... no time, no cast, no director, no idea what the hell it will be about... just... Game of Thrones!!!! Will it stick...?

Idk, I kind of get the impression that WB isn't second guessing any of Gunn's projects. Like they are giving him free reign and have zero doubt that he knows what's best for the DCU.

Time will tell, I suppose.

They just did that. Not so successfully. I would think they would "check in" to say the least.


That said, I would have a lot more faith in Gunn than Phillips. But... then again, you know exactly what you're going to get with Gunn. There will be no surprise, except that it is exactly like what you expected from him.

Oh, well yeah. That was certainly a mistake. But I don't believe any interference from WB will come to Gunn's stuff unless his Superman film doesn't bring world peace, at a minimum.

His Peacemaker series is quite popular for reasons I'll never understand but in their eyes he's the Golden Goose for DC right now.

WB is very reactionary and stupid they probably will meddle with the movie after the joker bomb. They do not learn from mistakes. These idiots just looked at joker 2 and said “ yea we will def make our money back from this”

So yea I expect them to be going insane right now.

Spielberg would’ve made a great Superman movie.

He actually already did with Raiders.

Professor Jones with eye glasses.

Reporter Clark with eye glasses.

Indiana Jones no glasses world trotting.

Superman no glasses world trotting.

Hopefully Gunn understands Raiders.

Both with JW score.
